Shipping

1. How will my order be shipped?

Answer: All orders will be shipped by United State Post Office (USPS.co) first class mail. We try to ship all orders on the same business day. We do not work during weekends or US national holidays. 

2.  Do you ship to my country? How much is the shipping cost?

Answer: If you can complete the order, it means we do ship to your country. We ship to almost every country in the world.

The shipping to US address is completely free. We charge a flat shipping fee of 12 dollars for international orders. 

3. How soon should I expect to receive my order?

Answer: The orders of all beard growth products on our store are typically shipped within one business day after we receive your payment. You should expect to receive your order in one week if your shipping address is within USA. If the shipping address is outside the USA,  the typical delivery time is 1-3 weeks with the majority of orders delivered in 2 weeks. In rare situations, a few orders may take 4 to 5 weeks to deliver depending on the speed of customs clearance.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment at the USPS official site (www.usps.com).
